Cystitis
Cystitis is a bacterial infection of the bladder presenting with painful and frequent urination sometimes accompanied with fever. This is a common problem easily treated with natural therapies.
Interstitial Cystitis
Interstitial Cystitis is a similar condition but does not necessarily include the infection. It is a suspected auto–immune disorder causing ulcerations on the lining of the bladder. It also presents with painful and frequent urination.

Frequent urination
Frequent urination is a separate problem to the one found in cystitis. This one has the person having the urge to urinate often particularly at night. This is usually a problem of bladder tone and can be dealt with by the use of herbal treatments, exercise (see products). Incontinence, although different again, can also be treated in this way.
